[Livingston, Ala.] – Legacy Hospice is partaking in American Heart Month during the month of February to shed light on cardiovascular health. The term “heart disease” refers to several types of heart conditions. Being aware of heart disease including different types of heart disease, it’s symptoms, and how to prevent it can help to reduce the risk.

We encourage you all to take charge of your heart health. By living a healthy lifestyle, you can help keep the levels of your blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar normal and lower your risk for heart disease and heart attack. Begin living healthier by:
